Well, It’s very hard to talk about someone so remarkable as Lorival. He is so special that is almost impossible describe him with words but I’ll try.
He is an excellent tech specialist having a huge practical experience giving suggestions based on facts/data not in opinions. When contribuiting with some discussion he is always polite giving his opinion respectfully keeping the discussion open.
Being analytic, compromised, polite, naturally balancing the best tech option to solve some problem, digging deep in it, but don’t forgetting the value to the customer are characteristics hard to find in one person but Lorival has all of them, he’s a “all in one” pack!
